Kegiatan meeting yang semula harus dihadiri secara fisik diubah menjadi online meeting menggunakan Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams atau platform online meeting lain. Kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah atau kampus diubah juga menjadi pembelajaran online. Sehingga aplikasi pembelajaran online berbasis pendidikan formal seperti Ruang Guru atau Zenius mendapat user growth yang tinggi. Selain itu, MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) yang memang mempunyai traction tinggi sebelum pandemi ini, kembali berjaya.

Banyak sekali penyedia online course baik yang gratis maupun berbayar, mulai dari Coursera, Udacity, Udemy, LinkedIn hingga pemain besar seperti Google yang menyediakan academy untuk mempelajari produk-produknya. Topiknya pun sangat beragam mulai dari IT, Psikologi, Bisnis hingga topik-topik terkini seperti Covid-19 dari perspektif berbagai bidang. Di masa pandemi ini, banyak provider yang menggratiskan beberapa online course nya yang sebelumnya memang berbayar. Berikut akan kita bahas free online course tersebut yang bisa jadi pilihan teman-teman untuk upgrade skill. Untuk Part 1 ini, courses yang akan diberikan hanya dari platform Coursera yang memang banyak sekali menyediakan free courses nya di era pandemi ini. Untuk Part selanjutnya akan menyusul dari LinkedIn dan Google.


Coursera merupakan salah satu pemain besar di dunia MOOC. Kontennya sering diisi oleh instruktur dari beberapa universitas ternama di dunia. Kebanyakan konten di platform ini disediakan secara gratis, hanya saja untuk mendapatkan sertifikatnya, kita perlu membayar. Di masa pandemi ini, Coursera menawarkan beberapa course nya dinikmati secara gratis, termasuk untuk mendapatkan sertifikatnya. Kategori course yang digratiskan beragam, mulai dari topik Covid 19, kesehatan mental hingga ilmu komputer. Berikut contoh course di Coursera yang berubah menjadi gratis dalam waktu terbatas ini.
